You will not answer my emails and are accepting my money without conformation of flights or anything else. I will report your website

Flight was canceled due to COVID-19 almost a year ago, and they still reply that "the airline declined your refund". When I called Alitalia they said there's no way they wrote it to MyHolidays.com. When I asked that email from MyHolidays.com they kept me hanging with no real answer.

SHAME of a company.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

I have been talking to few agents and they were telling me the 24hrs and give me a call..but none of those happened and i keep waiting and waiting it has been 4days now to but didnt get answer yet..im afraid that ticket would expensive and cant afford to pay for the charges.

M really happy with the staff and services of MyHolidays for their immediate help. I had a booking from Delhi to Bangalore for conference there, which got cancelled later.

So, I had to cancel my flight.

I was a little scared about the refund and I called them. The staff helped me with the process and I got my amount refunded without any cancellation charges.

How can this company can still be…

I purchased two tickets , one of the people I purchased the ticket is sick. I also purchased insurance on both tickets. I was denied a refund of $571.45

The person I spoke with was so rude.

I will mass text this to everyone I know including alot of my celebrity family and friends. I'm sorry but I work hard for my money and I bought the extra insurance.

Thanks for your feedback.

I have gone through your reservation. Indeed i see that you have purchased insurance. Since you have booked non-refundable ticket, insurance is not applicable.

I believe you have read T&C before purchasing the insurance. The scope of insurance was clearly displayed during booking.

Since it was not applicable, we have refunded the insurance amount.

Bought Cairns -Brisbane return ticket through skyscanner. Best option looked like MyHoliday

Total price after confirming payment was higher and on top of that even higher when checked my online banking.

$11 its not a fortune but this is SCAM and people deserved to know of their dodgy practicies.

Minutes later I rang MyHoliday agent who refused to provide me her name or representative number or even conversation referrence number. Was told I expect flying donkies and was diconected after demanding talk to her manager. I rang again and second represenative was bit better. Was asked to send bank satement screenshot.

In meantime support sent me an email with attachment I apparently agreed to pay $228 but my statment shows $232 ( original price supposed to be $220.27). They faked incorrect billing and still sent me wrong amount. They are scammers and Ppl please think twice before you do any deals with them. If every customer is overcharged only $11 think how much money they make every day.

If you bother to answer MyshittyholidayI want to know why your reps refuse provide identification details or conversation ref. numbers. Once they see they can't fool you with exuses US to Au conversion charges or taxes they can't literly show you, they will hang up on you. PAY BIT MORE AND AVOID THIS SCAMMERS!

They have hidden charges! Price on screen is not the same after final payment!

I had booked my tickets with "my holidays" on 6th Feb 2019 on Jet Airways from Mumbai to Dubai (17th may 2019).since the flight has been cancelled I was supposed to get my refund. It's been more than 7 months I haven't received my refund. Even after numerous mails and calls to "my holidays" just the disappointment prevails.

During my return back thru Etihad airways I paid charge for all bags so I don't know why .and I need to refund this month 1300dhs

Flight was canceled. Myholidays.com told me they sent an email for my refund request.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my refund of $2,085.23

Dont trust this company. They claim to be British but all calls and concerns go to India. Im just found a good lawyer.

Its not just about the money anymore. These people will take advantage of you.

Do yourself a favor and don't book airline flights through this agency. Unlike Booking.

com, Orbitz, Kayak, Expedia and other reputable agencies, if your flight has to be canceled because of a tropical storm, like Tropical Storm Michael, you lose your money. My event in Destin was canceled because of the storm so I had no recourse but to cancel.

Most agencies will get you credits on future flights or something to at least be of assistance. They won't negotiate with you at all. You're just out your money with no recourse.

My Booking number was OTAA0476989 so that you know this is a legit claim. I posted this once already but they took it off their site.

Hi, Beware of this scam site "www.myhollidays.com" After you pay for your air ticket, this dodgy will then charge you a hidden credit card fee without any explanation. Also, many people won't find out until a month later when you check your credit card statement.

That means your bank can't do anything. I bought a A$1675.76 ticket as the 'Grand total' price, but they charged my credit card A$1759.79. So they overcharged me A$84.03. I contacted them, but they were no help at all.

They closed all of my support tickets with information on how to check in. They're useless and dodgy scammers. Also, I tried to contact www.iwantthatflight.com who promoted MyHoliday.com.au, but they offered no help and didn't respond, either. Anyway, i just want to make sure they don't scam any more victims, so I'm letting everyone know.

Make sure you always take a screen shot of your final payment/grand total amount. Cheers

I booked a flight from Boracay to Cebu in the Philippines end of October 2017. I went through Cheapflights.com where a price of R800 was displayed for the flight.

They redirected me to a site called Myholidays.com where the price already increased from what was show on Cheap Flights website. The price displayed to me when I accepted the payment was R1238 and when the payment went through it had gone up to R2707 without even warning me that that was the price I was going to pay! When contacting Myholidays.com their response was that it did warn me that the price might fluctuate a little and that I still chose to accept. Yes fluctuate by a few Rands is understandable, but dubbeling the price without telling me!?

I don’t call that fluctuation, I call that scamming. Now they are just pulling up their shoulders telling me that they don’t see that the company did anything wrong. If I had seen the final price there is no way I would’ve gone through with the booking!!

In the meantime I’ve read a lot online about other people getting scammed by them as well. How are companies like this still running?
