They were told that this was a technical error and the issue would resolved in 4 hours. The next day, at our request, Air Europa confirmed and sent us both tickets.The price for the tickets was without extra 225 $. But after about 12 hours later we received a letter from airlines that the second ticket was canceled by travel intermediary myholidays.com and we need to contact them. Then we contacted myholidays support about cancelling , they answer is that there is an error on the airline’s side and they have not canceled anything and they need 24 hours to resolve the problem. After 24 hours nothing had changed, we contacted myholidays again and received a response that we needed another 24 hours. After the next 24 hours, we contacted myholidays again and they stopped responding to us completely, ignoring our request. There is no guarantee that the remaining ticket will not also be canceled by scammers from myholidays.com. Conclusion - never buy tickets on MYHOLIDAYS.COM".

Went to Sureprice to go get the rental car in Ft Lauderdale. The agent wanted $2500 deposit to hold until 10 days after returning it.
Then mentioned my insurance which I have fleet insurance is not accepted and wanted an extra $600 for liability. Im in Florida 5-6 times annually and its always been transferable. We have the best insurance policy possible. I went to Entrrprise rentals and got a car in 5 min.
I want my $61 deposit back to my visa immediately.

I had the worst service with this company. The worst.
They intentionally took long to send me the link for changes I ended up paying more. This is after I had responded timeously and called.
I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. THE AGENTS CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND ARENT CLEAR WITH COMMUNICATION

Missed flight due to no help
I called the airline air india express to let them know I was not going to make the flight that was delayed on their side and I called 4 hours in advance. They would not help me and I was told by my holiday who called me 4 different times in two days who accepted they were also at fault for a wrong date in my itinerary as well as the issue w the airline not assisting me with the change.
They said the airline said there was no delay which was a lie as it was delayed on airline side and they refused to help me change. My holidays guys said they will change it and get back to me on the day and never called me back. They wasted lots of my time and more expenses to receive calls from Qatar to dispute and 5 th call the guy was rude and and not listen.
I ask for a full refund. Aweful experience

Unfortunately I have not been able to contact anyone from customer regarding my flight confirmation # MHF22134****. This flight was purchased and paid extra with the option of change date or reschedule.
In which I appreciate my flight to be rescheduled to October 31st 2022 departing from Santiago Dom.
