BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER! THIEVES! LIARS! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
Bought two tickets from Michigan to Chicago with MyHolidays, but it took them over an hour to deliver them to my email and I couldn't contact anyone (their site said it'd be delivered in half an hour). I had to catch that flight because mine had been canceled with another airline.
Well I had to purchase the tickets with someone else in order to fly back home. MyHolidays NEVER refunded me. I disputed the charge and Bernard their Customer Relation Manager was a liar promising to do it and never did. Now I can't get hold of anyone, they don't return my calls and emails.
They don't deserve even 1 star!! Horrible people.

No way to contact this company!! Non of their phones is working, they dont reply on online chat, they dont reply to Emails. I had a very urgent situation with my ticket and no one to help!!

They changed my flight time and DID NOT EMAIL ME TO TELL ME.OF THE TIME CHANGE.......THEY SAID IT WAS SENT IN DEC......I HAVE ALL OF THE EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH MY FLIGHT PLANS.....NO EMAIL WAS SENT TO
My flight time was changed and I have never reviewed an email saying this.....it would be attached to the original emails that I still have......I would have gotten the earlier flight if I had of known......why should this company keep my money when I did not get what I paid for......very pissed.

Not reliable at all
If I can rate this company 0, I would. Very unprofessional, I called them multiples time to help me rebook the ticket I initially booked from them but I was put on hold multiple times, I left a number for them to call back, but never did it happen.
Nobody is responding on time to my complaints via chat support. Spend your money somewhere else and save yourself from a lot of hassle contacting them.

Its been one year, since we purchased the ticket .
after 1 year we applied for the refund.
we gave them all bank details yet no one responses.
they said 15 to 20days working yet no response from them!
we tried to contact the official airline said it will go through only to agency. please help me to get the refund.
